Have you been longing for a yoga practice that is healing and deeply-reflective? Join Amina as she teaches yoga postures that align with soulful sounds and that bespeak the intentions, purpose, and healing power of yoga.

We live in a climate where people of color have to combat macro and microaggressions on a daily basis. In particular, women of color are often overlooked in the yoga community and left out of the health and wellness conversation. Heart SoulFlow sessions were created to address the need for women of color to explore ways to use breath, meditation, and yoga for their well-being in a nurturing space.  Join us as we practice yoga in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate place for all women. Students are invited to stay after class to connect with other women, share yoga resources, and build community.

This class is for all women from diverse backgrounds, with all body types, and levels of experience.

Participants are encouraged to stay for our “Snack & Chat” session after class. Light refreshments will be served.

  • Pre-registration online, but welcome to join if unavailable.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get comfortable and place your mat.
  • We will be in an art gallery, so feel free to truly experience the artistry.
  • Cancellations due to rain will be announced via Facebook at least 60 minutes prior to start time.
  • Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water.
